Police in the south of the island are asking residents to be on the look out for a stolen cat.

Snowy, a white cat, was taken from the area of Ballafesson.

Officers believe Snowy was later released in Port Erin in the area of Thornhill Close/Bay View Road.

The two areas are separated by Rowany Golf Course.

Anyone who sees Snowy is asked to contact officers at Castletown Police Station on 822222.

Officers have asked the public not to speculate as there matter is under investigation.
