The organisation that represents business leaders has moved to Hillary House, Prospect Hill, Douglas.
It had been in the Eagle Lab on Victoria Street since 2018.
But that venue, which included co-working space, mentoring, training workshops and private office space for businesses, shut when Barclays, which had funded it, pulled the plug in August.
As a temporary measure, the Chamber of Commerce moved to Hope Street.
Hillary House was once home to civil servants and is currently being rented out at £17.50 per square foot.
Chamber of Commerce chief executive Rebecca George said: ‘Our new headquarters is right in the heart of the city’s business district so it’s the ideal location, in addition to being a fantastic office space that provides more flexibility for holding meetings and functions.
‘This has been a very busy year for championing the interests of the business community, while also growing our membership and affiliations with other business organisations.
‘Our new office will provide the perfect base as Chamber and our members look ahead to more exciting plans for 2024 and beyond.’

From January 2024 Hillary House will also be the location for a new initiative – called Launchpad – run in collaboration with the London Institute of Business and Technology (LIBT), Department for Enterprise and the Chamber of Commerce.
LIBT director Sesiri Pathirane said: ‘Launchpad is set to unveil a flexible co-working space aimed at fostering collaboration among like-minded individuals, including entrepreneurs and early-stage startups.
‘Our vision for 2024 commences with the initial launch in January, initiating an exciting journey for Launchpad and the business community of the Isle of Man.’
