The Post Office has introduced changes to its services during this circuit breaker.

The customer counter at Postal Headquarters in Douglas is operating the revised hours of 9am-5pm Monday-Friday and 9.00am-12.30pm on Saturday.

The public counter at the Northern Delivery Office is operating Mon-Fri 10am-5pm and Saturday 11am-12.45pm for counter transactions and parcel collections.

The parcel collection counter at the Southern Delivery Office will be open Monday-Friday 7.30am-2.30pm.

Should businesses require alternative services such as mail opening and scanning, they are asked to contact the Sales team by email [email protected] or 698444.

The Post Office stated that MiCard customers, particularly those who are vulnerable, who are concerned about collecting their benefits or pension from a post office due to Covid-19 can nominate a proxy who can collect these benefits on their behalf.
