Ramsey Commissioners are investigating comments made on social media by elected member Lamara Craine.

The remarks, which have since been deleted, were made on a public Facebook page and prompted a number of complaints to the local authority.

Town clerk Tim Cowin says the authority won’t be saying anything further at this stage.
