A crash occurred on the Liverpool Arms straight, Whitebridge Road in Onchan.
The car hit a wall and rolled and landed on its roof.
Police and ambulance services attended the incident.
There were no severe casualties, however, the driver sustained minor injuries.
The road is closed and traffic is being diverted from the scene.
The police aim to have the road open again soon.
