A warrant without bail was yesterday issued for Brogan Keith Misselbrook, aged 19, of Murray’s Road, Douglas.
He is charged with resisting arrest, theft, and two counts of assaulting a police officer.
The offences are alleged to have been committed on August 17.
Mr Misselbrook was bailed to attend court on Tuesday (August 29) but failed to turn up.
