Stewart Gray, aged 47, of The Park, Onchan, will face a trial in summary court on June 23.

He has previously denied drink-driving, alleged to have been committed on June 9 last year.

He was represented in court by advocate Laurence Vaughan-Williams.

A trial date had previously been set for November, and then February, but those dates were postponed due to a change of advocate and late disclosure of an expert’s report.

Bail continues in the sum of £500.
