Carl Joseph Bridson, aged 39, of Derby Road, Douglas, has appeared in court charged with four offences.
He is accused of threatening behaviour, being drunk and disorderly, obstructing police, and making unreasonable noise after a notice was issued.
He was represented in court by Casey Houareau who asked for an adjournment until August 17, to allow time to obtain police body-worn camera footage.
Bail continues in the sum of £500.
