Specialist reading books aimed at helping children who are dyslexic or who are just struggling with reading have been presented to Kewaigue School - thanks to a donation from the Manx Dyslexia Association.
Sue Rutter from the Manx Dyslexia Association visited the school this week to talk to the children and to present the school with a cheque for £600 to cover the cost of the books.
’This is a huge donation and will help the children of Kewaigue massively,’ said Michelle Mylcreest, the school’s additional needs co-ordinator.
The books are suitable for children of all ages and abilities.
