The Vaping Products Bill this year completed its passage through the House of Keys and is currently being examined by the Legislative Council.

Aimed at introducing stricter regulations around the sale and promotion of vaping products, the Bill prohibits the sale and supply of vaping products to individuals under 18, bans the importation of vaping products for those aged 16 and 17, and brings in point of sale restrictions.
