Jason Leo Brown, aged 43, of Empress Drive, Douglas, has pleaded not guilty to sending menacing messages and threatening to damage property.

The offences are alleged to have been committed on March 8 and involve him making 999 calls.

A pre-trial review will be held in summary court on May 9.

He was represented in court by duty advocate Peter Taylor.

Bail was granted in the sum of £500.
