An ambulance has crashed on one of the access roads at Noble's Hospital.
The incident happened earlier this afternoon (Tuesday).
The road has been blocked-off while emergency services, including the police and fire crews, work at the scene.
Pictures of the aftermath of the incident show the ambulance wedged into a tree at the side of the road.
It is not thought anyone has been seriously injured in the incident.
A patient who was travelling onboard the ambulance at the time of the incident has been taken to the hospital's A&E department for checks, as has the ambulance crew.
A spokesman for Manx Care said: 'We can confirm that a Manx Care ambulance vehicle has left the road at South Drive, Noble’s Hospital.
'There were no injuries to the patient.
'Manx Care colleagues were attended to by ambulance crews, with what are believed to be minor injuries.
'The patient and crew have been taken to Noble’s Emergency Department.
'The road is currently closed, with diversions in place via the main drive, whilst investigations take place.'
