Police have confirmed that a man has been arrested following earlier reports of a drone being flown near the TT course at the start of Saturday evening’s senior race.

Posting online a police spokesperson said: ‘Following a report of a drone in the air at Glen Lough campsite shortly before the start of the Senior TT, officers have attended and arrested a male who is currently on his way to police custody.’
