Lee Barton, aged 47, of Station Road, Baschurch, Shropshire, has been charged with being the keeper of a dog worrying livestock.

The offence is alleged to have been committed on July 28.

Mr Barton did not attend court but made a request for an adjournment until March 9 which was granted by magistrates sitting in Douglas.
