Steam Packet fastcraft Manannan diverted to Peel this morning (Sunday) due to a medical emergency on board.

The casualty was transferred to Peel lifeboat, close to Peel, and then transferred to a waiting ambulance.

The Belfast sailing then continued, and the ferry was due to dock at 10.45am.

Passengers on the return 11.45am sailing were asked to check-in as normal.
