A number of trees have fallen in Glen Helen, blocking paths.

It's as a result of the snow and windy weather.

Both footpaths are closed upstream of the high bridge, just beyond the Swiss House.

Staff from the Department of the Environment, Food and Agriculture are working to ensure the paths are re-opened as soon as possible.

The playground remains closed until Easter whilst remedial works are undertaken.

The Glen Helen Lodge is open as normal.
