This morning’s sailings between Douglas and Liverpool have been cancelled.

The Isle of Man Steam Packet Company say it’s due to ‘the rapid deterioration in the weather’.

There’s currently a weather warning in place until midday today for heavy rain.

The early Liverpool crossing was set to depart the island at 7.15am but was cancelled.

The 11.30am Douglas to Liverpool sailing is also cancelled.

However the Manxman left Douglas at 8.05am and is on it’s way to Heysham as planned.
