Isle of Man Commonwealth Games athlete Sarah Astin will add to her growing list of England vests this weekend.

For the second time in three weeks she heads to Belgium, this time to Diest, to represent England in the Lotto Cross Cup.

Astin is in great form at the moment, having finished ninth in a similarly strong international field three weeks ago (pictured), therefore she should be confident of another excellent run on Sunday.
