Three members of Ellan Vannin Gymnastics Club attended British Gymnastics FIG Challenge Cup recently and were delighted with their results.

Tara Donnelly came first on vault, second on floor and a fabulous second place overall.

Lucy Worthington was fourth on bars, third on beam and claimed the bronze medal overall.

Chloe Donnelly, with a highest placing of fifth on bars, finished seventh overall.

Top three finishers from this competition automatically qualify for next month’s British championships.

Tara’s silver and Lucy’s bronze are the first medals to be won by senior gymnasts from the Isle of Man at a British Gymnastics national event.
