Adam Long scored his first goal for AFC Fylde in the Coasters’ National League victory over former Premier League side Oldham on Good Friday.
The ex-St George’s and Union Mills centre-back marked his first league start for the Lancashire outfit since joining the club at the start of February with an 18th-minute goal in the 3-1 away win.
The 23 year old turned in a loose ball at a corner to double Fylde’s lead as they secured back-to-back wins to move up to 13th in the fifth-tier standings.
