The draw has been made for the preliminary round of this season’s FA Cup.
The ties of the round are arguably the all-Premier League clash between Laxey v Corinthians at Glen Road plus the western derby between Peel and St John’s at Douglas Road.
An all-Division Two match between Union Mills and Onchan should also be an intriguing affair, while Braddan v RYCOB could also be a close contest.
But St Mary’s and St George’s have been handed fairly straightfoward - on paper at least - ties against Douglas and District plus Governor’s Athletic.
Another all-top flight match sees Marown host Rushen United in Crosby, while Michael United entertain Premier League side Douglas Athletic and Gymns host Ayre United.
Colby, DHSOB, Douglas Royal, Foxdale, Malew, Pulrose and Ramsey have all received byes into the next round.
