Davey Todd clinched the prestigious Solo Championship race at the Southern 100 on Thursday afternoon.

The Yorkshireman brought home the Milwaukee BMW 3.123 seconds ahead of Michael Dunlop after nine laps round the 4.25-mile Billown Course.

Laxey resident Dean Harrison completed the top three, six seconds ahead of Jamie Coward.

Onchan’s Nathan Harrison was fifth ahead of fellow TT rider Dominic Herbertson in sixth.
