Police are appealing for information after a pedestrian was clipped by a car in Rushen.
The incident happened at about 4pm this afternoon.
A police statement said the car was travelling down the Ronague Road.
The police added: ’Upon passing Ballacubbon Estate, Ballabeg it has driven too close to the pavement which has caused the wing mirror of the car to clip a pedestrian who was walking on the pavement at the time.
’The car carried on and went in the direction of Colby. The car was being driven by a female and unfortunately the registration number couldn’t be obtained by the pedestrian.
’The car is described as red in colour with three doors and an L plate on the bottom left hand corner.’
