Chief Minister Alfred Cannan has sent out a message to those involved in this year’s TT races.

The races get underway today with the first practice session starting today.

Mr Cannan said: ‘Best wishes to all TT riders, teams, marshals and officials in 2023 TT Races.

‘Thank you and good luck to all the front line staff including the police, Manx Care, and the Manx Government.

‘A big welcome to all our visitors.’

The first practice of the year-the newcomers’ speed controlled lap-has just got underway from the Grandstand.
