Manx Telecom has said that it is working actively to resolve broadband issues.

It said: 'Engineers are aware of an issue affecting some broadband users who no longer have an active broadband connection.

'This has been impacted by Daylight Savings Time, and we're working actively to resolve the issue.'

Customers are being advised to power down their routers and ONTs for fibre users for 5 to 10 minutes.
